Interior view of store. People identified: Johnson, Lena Violet (second from right) Mr. Johnson Mr. Schwarten Olson, L.E. The Braham Journal, April 26, 1973 featured this picture in an article. The caption reads: "The Schwarten and Johnson Store, Braham -- about 1920 -- in a building where the Braham Locker is now located. Mrs. Dora Christensen of Minneapolis, formerly of Braham, sent the Journal this picture. Dora and her sister, Violet, worked in this store. Pictured on right are Violet and Lena (Mielke) Johnson. Mr. Johnson and Mr. Schwarten are there also, and L. E. Olson. The others are not identified. Notice the show cases and other fixtures -- this store also sold groceries.
